First of all, Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians! I hope you all enjoyed your turkey (or ham, for those weird people who have ham on Thanksgiving.) Earlier today you may have received an email or private message from somebody who was portraying themselves as a member of the NarutoFan.com staff. This is absolutely not true. Unfortunately a part of our database was compromised by a sophisticated hacker(s) whose sole goal was to drive members of this website to theirs. There is no reason to worry, though, all of your private information has been kept secure and your passwords are encrypted and would never have been able to be seen by the attackers. We are still investigating the cause of this incident, but at this time we feel it necessary to warn you to not visit the link that may have been sent to you. It is likely this is an attempt at identity theft, and once you visit their website and enter your personal details or credit card number, you may be at great risk. Usually these types of attacks are not carried out by people who simply want to be nice, there is almost always an organized crime factor. Our data center in Germany has already contacted local law enforcement to investigate and we have been able to independently successfully trace where these attacks came from, and it is only a matter of time until we know who was at fault, and believe me, they will not be let off easy as this is a Federal offense in every modern Country. Unfortunately it is becoming all too common for us to only get one or the other, either a new episode from the anime, or more frequently, a new chapter from the manga. Well, once again this week we are only going to be enlightened with one of them. The newest chapter from the Japanese Naruto manga series, the 420th chapter, has been released (not that completely) translated in to English and edited to a (somewhat) higher quality. If you want to read this weeks chapter you are completely free to do so, all you need to do is simply click on over to our Naruto Manga Downloads page to give this chapter a speedy direct HTTP download. Note that we will be replacing this chapter with a higher quality version when it is released, so do check back in a few hours, I will make an edit to this post when it is up!

Naruto: Shippuuden Ousted by Food Competition

Well, as you may know, a new episode from the Japanese Naruto: Shippuuden anime series did not air this week. Yeah, unfortunately we will have to wait until next week to get our Naruto: Shippuuden anime fix when we will be receiving not one, but TWO whole episodes airing as one in a special being called the: Naruto Shippuuden Special: Collision Course! Akatsuki vs. Team Asuma! So, you ask, what could possibly be so important that it would take Naruto's spot this week? Well, it's Japan so you knew it had to be something... interesting. The answer of course... TV Champion 2! A 2 hour special competition aired today, with the basic premise that amazingly artistic chefs would have to create amazing sculptures out of completely edible material, mostly rice (mochi, dango, and it's various forms). Everything you see on this page was a part of the competition (and is all fake even the food and bowls of "ramen"), and is all edible. The winner, Wagashi, managed to craft a bird on top of a "crystal" pedestal. Oh Japan, how we love thee! I suppose the only consolation is that Shonen Jump should still be coming out this week!

The 416th chapter from the Japanese Naruto manga series entitled: The Legend of the Gutsy Ninja - has been released, completely translated in to English and edited to a higher quality than that of the RAW which we have not seen, but can safely assume was not as pretty.
