Here Kakashi orders his students to climb to the top of the tall trees without using their hands at all. Sakura quickly completes this task in a demonstration of her skill and chakra control, and is assigned to protect Tazuna while he works on the bridge. Sakura then goes into town to buy some food and supplies, and notes the dire condition of the people and of the village. Back at Tazuna's home she learns that Gatou is the source of these problems, and Tazuna begins to explain why his grandson Inari is so cold and mean. After a lengthy explanation of Wave Country's past and of Inari's father's heroism, Kakashi finally is recovered enough to take on Zabuza again. After a good nights sleep, the Team sets off to fight once more. Except for poor Naruto, left behind yet again because he slept in. Fortunately, his late start enabled him to notice that Inari and his mom were in trouble, and saved the day. Sasuke meanwhile fights furiously against Haku, and Kakashi and Zabuaza face off. Naruto then arrives loudly, and enters the combat. Kakashi's fight really starts, and Naruto and Sasuke are in trouble. Luckily in the nick of time, Sasuke attains his Sharingan eye, and saves Naruto's life at the cost of his own. This angers Naruto so much that the demon within him awakens, and we see for the first time Kyuubi Naruto. |
